May 25-June 30, September $300/night

October-May 24 $250/night weekends

Weekly Rate Available in low-season

Rates are for each rental and four guests. Additional guests $20/night/guest. There is a three night minimum in the summer. Included with your rental: food in the refrigerator to make a continental breakfast, free use of the kayak , row boat and hot tub.The Homestead is child friendly, non-smoking and no pets, please.
We accept checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-book your cancelled nights.

You are responsible for the entire rental amount if you cancel within 7 days of the reservation.
